Holistic well-being and social renewal in the community

Complementary therapy and creative social groups for the community

Encounter Wellness offers free complementary therapies and creative social groups to children and adults who remain unwell despite NHS treatment.

From movement, massage and art therapies to gardening, craft workshops and counselling, our diverse range of offerings cater to the holistic well-being of each participant.

By eliminating financial barriers, we ensure that everyone, regardless of their economic circumstances, can access these transformative services, fostering a stronger, healthier, and more vibrant community for all.

Bring your energy, passion, and green thumbs to help create something truly special for our community.
