Movement (Eurythmy) Therapy

Eurythmy Therapy is a movement therapy which was developed in the 1920s by Austrian philosopher, scientist and educator Dr Rudolf Steiner. The movements of the performing art of eurythmy have been modified for therapeutic purposes. Eurythmy therapy is one essential element of the system of anthroposophic medicine. Its aim is to help the participant to activate their own intrinsic healing abilities to enable them to find a path to a state of balanced health.

Eurythmy Therapy is suitable for all age groups and can be used for most cases of constitutional, chronic or acute illness. It may be of benefit to nervous diseases (acute and degenerative), metabolic, heart and circulatory diseases; musculo-skeletal disorders psyciatric and pyschosomatic conditions; also for assistance with issues of child development, eye conditions and teeth displacement.
